Why do we give?
You can't outgive God!
God knows we're at our best when we give. It's time to change our perspective on giving. Giving to God is one of the most exciting things in life. Giving is a privilege and a pleasure. It's a benefit and a blessing. And it's always proportional to our trust in God.
Throughout the life of Macon, our members have given generously, and we've had the privilege of seeing God impact many people's lives. Many people have been saved and baptized. Many more trained, discipled, and given care. Thousands of people have been influenced by the Gospel.
These things are what Paul calls 'the harvest of your righteousness' (2 Corinthians 9:10), and they are the fruit of your faithful giving.

What is Tithing?
Tithing means giving the first 10% of your income to the Lord. If you aren't already tithing, we invite you to put God first in your finances and experience the blessings that come from obeying God (Malachi 3:10).
Bringing our tithes is an act of gratitude toward God and a demonstration of our trust in Him. It's also an opportunity for us to play our part in the mission of leading generations to know and passionately follow Jesus, one home at a time.
